D. Maria II is closed

As part of the national effort to contain the new coronavirus, and in close articulation with the Portuguese Ministry of Culture and the Health Authorities, the Teatro Nacional D. Maria II, E.P.E decided to suspend all its activities and shows until April 6th.

The public that has purchased tickets for the shows affected by this suspension should contact the Theater by the e-mail bilheteira@tndm.pt to obtain information about their refund or rescheduling.

The Teatro Nacional D. Maria also informs that it will honor all financial commitments assumed with its workers and also with companies, artists and independent technicians, despite the suspension of the activities in which they were involved.

The Teatro Nacional D. Maria deeply regrets this situation, certain that the collective effort of the community will allow us to overcome the challenge that this pandemic constitutes, in the expectation of a return to normality as soon as possible.
